Tech Support for Everyone was created with a simple goal: make technology less frustrating and more accessible at a price that doesn’t break the bank.
We understand that not everyone has the time, patience, or technical background to troubleshoot complex problems. Instead of confusing jargon or rushed support, we focus on clear communication and practical solutions.
We work with everyday users who need help with computers, software, internet issues, device setup, troubleshooting, and general tech questions.
We're based in Silver Spring, Maryland, so we currently only offer in-person support if you're located nearby.
Appointment Availability
Online appointment booking is currently in development. For now, please contact us directly by phone or email.
In-person visits are generally available after 5 PM on weekdays, while remote support is usually available after 4 PM. On weekends, both in-person and remote support is generally available from 9 AM to 7 PM.
Pricing
We keep pricing simple and transparent so you always know what to expect. If our rates ever rise, we'll let you know way ahead of time. If we can't fix it, you won't pay a cent.
Remote Support
$25 / hour
Phone or screen-sharing support to diagnose and fix issues quickly.
In-Person Support
$50 / hour
On-site help for setup, troubleshooting, and hands-on repairs. Currently only for customers within Silver Spring, Maryland.
How Billing Works
You only pay for the time spent actively working on your issue. We’ll always communicate before extending sessions if more time is needed.
